The Arthur “Ray” Human Service Scholarship was established by J.A.C. Unlimited, Inc. in honor of the late father of the Founder/Executive Director a man whose life reflected resilience, strength, and the importance of showing up for others.
This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate a commitment to growth, leadership, and service, especially those who have overcome challenges and are actively working to build a better future for themselves and their communities.
The scholarship reflects the belief that:
With the right support, guidance, and opportunity, every young person can rise beyond their circumstances and create something meaningful.
