Arthur "Ray" Human Service Scholarship
Honoring the legacy of Arthur "Ray" by investing in individuals pursuing education, housing stability, workforce advancement, entrepreneurship, and essential life needs. Scholarship assistance is awarded based on available funding and demonstrated need.
